Beechcraft Appoints New Vice President of North American Service Centers

In an effort to provide increased global support, Raytheon Aircraft Company (RAC) has appointed Steve Porte as vice president, International Support, and Dave Jacobson as vice president, North American Service Center Programs.

As Vice President, International Support, Porte will be responsible for managing all Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) and Field Service Representatives located outside of North America. He has relocated his office to Milan, Italy to provide convenient accessibility outside the factory and increased one-on-one support for customers around the world. As the former Director of Global Support, Porte brings his dedication to improving customer service and support to his new role, continuing his 15-year career at RAC.

As Vice President, North American Service Center Programs, Jacobson will ensure the continued focus and improvement of domestic customer service and support. Jacobson will be responsible for all ASCs in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Jacobson has been with RAC for more than 32 years and assumes his new position after having held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of technical training, parts distribution, warranty, technical support and service center operations
