Beer tasting
While wandering the web earlier this week, I came across the beer tasting wheel above, although I can’t remember where. Those of you looking to add some precision to your tasting can check it out. If you’re more into words than pictures, this list will do the trick.
I’ve seen that wheel at in-store tastings here in Germany. I can’t for the life of me figure out the hows and whys of it though.
The list is actually a little easier to comprehend, although I’ve not really tried either. I think I’d use the list until I got comfortable with it, then I’d switch to the wheel, since it’s only one page.
