		<description>Your point is well taken, but what college coach wouldn&#039;t want to take a chance and earn millions in the NBA? The worst that can happen is that it doesn&#039;t work out and they are welcomed back to the college game with open arms. Look at Tim Floyd and Rick Pitino for examples.</description>

There isn&#039;t a lot of coach-on-player development, and a tenure with a team is 2-3 years if you&#039;re not in the playoffs.  A coach is beholden to the owner and the GM, along with players who can display a large amount of selfishness.  If the money&#039;s good, why move when you can make yourself an icon at one of the country&#039;s best programs?

McKillop, on the other hand, might make a move when he no longer has Curry, but I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if he stayed at Davidson.</description>
