The oppressive North Carolina heat makes working outside in the summertime a dud, but I'll sit out on occasion in the Spring and in the Fall to do something different. Makes it hard to work though!

Yep, I sit out on the patio with the trees and flowers and when my battery runs out on the laptop, I head in. I get an hour of sun a day and it always brightens the glued-to-the-web world of work.

I would say it depends where you work outside. Just image a nice place on a sunny day in your own garden, connected by wifi to the Internet.

This is great and I tend to work that way often.

I'm not sure I understand this "break" word you're using. I always work outside (not always, lots) I specifically make sure everywhere I live has a huge covered patio. That way rain and sun and all that can't hurt my computer. It kind of sucks to sit at your desk inside all day working. At least outside you get some air.
