What’s on your ipod?
My mp3/mp4s are very scattered. In fact, some of my songs are extremely polar, but when it comes to working out, it’s whatever gets the job done. I like to have a wide selection of music depending on what type of mood I’m in.

The best genre for lifting weights has to be rock. Below are 10 highly recommended rock songs:
1. 5FDP – The Bleeding
2. Linkin Park – Somewhere I belong
3. Disturbed – Violence Fetish
4. The Game – Motorhead (Triple H Theme Music)
5. Kill Switch Engage – Holy Diver
6. Never Too Late – Three Days Grace
7. Disturbed – Down With The Sickness
8. Papa Roach – Forever
9. Korn – All My Hate
10. Mudvayne – Do What You Do
Of course, if this doesn’t work for you, my collection also includes ABBA, George Straight, Frankie Vallie, The Spinners, Six Pence None the Richer, Outkast, Wham, Red Hot Chili Pepers, Puff Daddy, Good Charlotte, The Cowsills, Gym Class Heroes, Leo Sayers, Survivor, Poison, The Vogues, G-Unit, The Temptations, Gary Allan, 2Pac, Madonna, Dan Hartman, R Kelly, Clay Aiken, Carol King, The Click Five, Notorious B.I.G., Carl Douglas, CSS, Sheena Easton, Diana Ross, Butch Walker, 50 cent, Reba McEntire, Rick Astley, and a whole lot more.
I told you I’m all over the place.
No workout again today as my body is hobbled with allergies. I did improve from yesterday. The plan is to get in a good session tomorrow. Let me know how you’re workout is going.
