One of my favorite retirement blogs to read is Retired Syd. The blogger is a woman who worked at an accounting firm and at a venture capital firm. At the age of 44, she retired.
The slogan of the blog is “The Unfettered Pursuit of Happiness” and that describes a main theme in the blog. It’s an extremely interesting read that is updated about once a week.
On the blog, you can see posts about recent events in addition to background information about why she decided to retire, her path to retirement and ongoing reviews about retirement.
In addition to information about retirement, the blog contains a lot of information about saving money and how to live within frugal means.
