		<description>When a blogger gives their own opinion about some issues, he must have a disclaimer somewhere at least to protect himself.

For Lucas, it&#039;s a pity that his company takes it this way. I have a few blogs as well and have done some criticism on products/ programs before. 

Before taking any sort of defamation suit, usually the company/ person will email you first to take the entry down; then you&#039;ll decide whether you&#039;re morally right or your choice to pull it down or let it stay there.

He should have been tactful in his blog entry though.</description>
