For Lucas, it’s a pity that his company takes it this way. I have a few blogs as well and have done some criticism on products/ programs before.

Before taking any sort of defamation suit, usually the company/ person will email you first to take the entry down; then you’ll decide whether you’re morally right or your choice to pull it down or let it stay there.

He should have been tactful in his blog entry though.
