Olympics Day 14 - Cycling - BMX

The French women were very successful in the BMX finals today.  Anne-Caroline Chausson won the gold medal with a time of 35.976 seconds, while her fellow countrywoman, Laetitia le Corguille, took the silver in 38.042. Jill Kintner of the U.S. claimed the bronze in 38.674.

Olympics Day 14 - Cycling - BMX

The men’s final was a little closer than the women’s.  Maris Strombergs of Latvia won the men’s gold in 36.190. American Mike Day (36.606) took the silver while his teammate, Donny Robinson (36.972), earned the bronze medal.
