Bobby Knight to Coach Again?

Ok. My heart rate has finally returned to normal after watching the Super Bowl.
I was about to shut off the computer and go to bed when I found this little tidbit that many are going to be talking about in the morning.
Turns out that Bobby Knight is thinking about leaving his cushy job in the broadcast booth and is interested in coaching again.
The Georgia Bulldogs fired coach Dennis Felton last week. Knight was quoted in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Saturday that he’s interested in the job.
And how are players reacting?
Here is the probably one of the greatest quotes ever by freshman forward Trey Thompkins from the story by Tim Tucker.
“I’d like to play for Coach Knight — as long as he doesn’t hit me.”
Stay tuned!

The Supe Bowl was amazing wasn’t it? I have only just recovered myself!
Top site by the way, would you be able to me when you get the chance?
Thanks
Thomas
Mr. Rooney,
Not sure what you would like us to do, please clarify.
I cant even believe that quote is real.
This would not only be great for Georgia basketball but great for all of college basketball to see Coach Knight back on the sideline. Coach Knight understands that a lot of the SEC is not getting the kids they did a few years back. Other than Florida and maybe Tenn, the SEC recruiting competetion shouldn’t be a challenge. Georgia is obviously a football school but look what Billy Donovan did for Florida. I think Knight’s time broadcasting would actually now make him a better coach if that is possible?
I want Knight to coach Georgia just to see what happens to Trey Thompkins.
