I am particularly taken aback that despite the fact that this young man has dispalyed such humanity, news agencies like NBC continually carry these developments with a grain of salt to always mention doping concerns. This I beleive is partial since no such concerns are even hinted in the various coverages of Phelps’ exploits in a sport which is far less regulated than track and field interms of testing.
