Ayn Elise, yes, the video is very helpful, far more than the Amazon features. Glad you liked it!

I wish there was a way to edit comments after the fact, but unfortunately I don’t have control over that kind of stuff. Maybe one day!

A different thought here. I’m pretty big on these 2 features of Amazon; the look inside the book and reviews. But, as may happen, in this case that’sust not too informative.

However, if one visits the website of the author, she has a video ( short: under 2 mins ) that gives a better insight about the book. She’ll talk about two lenses that pertain to her book. That definitely got me interested.

Definitely picking this one up. I think all women who lead (doesn’t that include all of us?) should understand effective leadership. Too often we’re mired in micromanagement in order to prove ourselves to male colleagues. I much prefer a more self-directed approach, and a trust in those who work for me.
