Brett Favre a factor in the North

Brett Favre has announced that he will announce. That is about as clear as it gets with Brett. He is probably standing at a fork in the road somewhere trying to decide which route to take. Geez, how will this guy call plays or will they let him try and decide? Sounds like a lot of delay of game penalties.

Jason Munz, who watched Favre workout last week. Munz estimated that 95 percent of Favre’s throws during the workout were on target and had plenty of velocity. Munz also speculated that Favre is ready to play and that he doesn’t think he will wait until the July 30 deadline to announce his decision. source

And what about Tarvaris Jackson? He appears to be on the outside looking in and may have to make a decision himself, the decision to leave.

And what if Minnesota just plain sucks and Brett can’t get it done and takes all kinds of risks and throws balls into crowds and after winning a few games Minnesota loses out the rest of the way and misses the playoffs? Oh, wait, that was last year with Brett Favre and the Jets.
