I admit… I didn’t realize the extent of Norv Turner’s problems heading one of the most talented teams in the league… but my record shows I said they should have stuck with Marty.

That said, I’m 12-3 headed into tonight for the week… and I now must say I think the Packers are truly one of the best NFC teams… certainly a challenge even to Dallas. I thought the Pack was back… but not this far up.

I do think both the Pack and the Lions are going to make it more difficult to claim the NFC Central this year. That race will be more like the classic black and blue division for this year’s campaign. And the Vikes will be very inconsistent and hard to predict… so watch for some upsets from them.

You are suffering from too close to the situation itis. The Chargers are loaded with way more talent then the Packers. The Packers have a young (no pun) aggressive defense and and aging Brett.
The Chargers will be trying to avenge last week by taking it out on the Pack.

I’m with you on this one. And I know it is rare these days for you to pick a game (unlike some of us who foolishly go to the brink on picks every week).
What isn’t discussed here is how San Diego has played two very good defenses to open… and Green Bay may be good… but not as good as the Pats or the Bears on D.
And personally, I’m sick of the marketing folks. How absurd… Favre vs. LT. It’s really Favre vs. Merriman. The less the NFL pays attention to the NBA the better.
