What Security software did you change to? I assume Norton scanned it regularly, and detected nothing harmless before you changed? The connection now has become sluggish and disconnects for no particular reason .. it seems to happen when there's no activity for a while.. my isp suggested it might be my anti virus, which certainly wasn't helping, but I've reinstalled the broadband software, uninstalled norton and got new anti-virus, but it still happens... what to do I had been using Vista with broadband with no problems until the past 3 months.
