		<description>Is it on a Desktop, or notebook? What Security software did you change to? I assume Norton scanned it regularly, and detected nothing harmless before you changed? (Norton may drag the resources, but I must admit, I never got a virus while using it) What type of broadband connection do you have, and who is your provider? (just a few more details....)</description>

		<description>I had been using Vista with broadband with no problems until the past 3 months.  The connection now has become sluggish and disconnects for no particular reason .. it seems to happen when there&#039;s no activity for a while.. my isp suggested it might be my anti virus, which certainly wasn&#039;t helping, but I&#039;ve reinstalled the broadband software, uninstalled norton and got new anti-virus, but it still happens... what to do</description>
