Burn Fat Fast With 10/10 Interval Workout

The fastest to burn fat is by pushing your body during cardio. NowLoss.com has an excellent strategy for burning fat called the 10/10 interval workout.  The design in this is to take a cardio exercise and go hard for 10 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds.  You repeat the process for 5 to 20 minutes depending how long you can go.

The 10/10 is applicable to any type of cardio including running (treadmill), elliptical, jumping jacks, or whatever else you prefer.  The key is to push yourself to the point you can’t wait for the 10 seconds to end every 10 seconds.  You don’t want to complete over work yourself to the point you can’t get through your time, but on a scale of 10, you should be working an 8.

This video gives a demonstration on everything to execute the 10/10 intervals to perfection.

I haven’t tried this exact workout yet, but I like the way it sounds and will be implementing into my routine.
