		<description>Hi Steve, great post. Dealing with competition especially online is difficult, as the competitor can clone or even improve on your tactics. I think having a truly unique selling proposition, that positions you distinctly from the herd is critical. If there is no way to stand out from the competiton, may be the answer is to create a niche or position or category for yourself, so that you are able to define yourself and play by your own rules.</description>
