Busta Rhymes “Hustler’s Anthem”

Busta Rhymes has released the music video for his single “Hustler’s Anthem ‘09.” The track is from his upcoming album Back on My B.S. which is scheduled to become available on May 19, 2009. The song was written by Busta and T-Pain, who also appears in the music video.
The video was directed by Hype Williams who has directed most of Busta Rhymes’ music videos including “Woo Hah!! Got You All in Check,” “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See,” “Dangerous,” “Gimme Some More” and “What’s It Gonna Be?!”.
I figured that out before I even looked it up because it really does remind me of “Gimme Some More” which is a good thing. I’m happy that Busta is returning to his roots and delivering the kind of flow that he became famous for. I also really like the strong baseline and, of course, the “la la la la la” repetitions are going to stick in my head all day.
The track comes in a clean, explicit, instrumental and acapella version on the US promotional CDs. The official remix, which was also recently released, features T-Pain, Ryan Leslie, OJ Da Juiceman, and Gucci Mane.
