He was a recognizable face for the NFL. It would have been interesting to see how he would have done with one more season, but he had a nice run last year and if I were in his shoes, I'd like to go out feeling accomplished and still being able to compete. You are right though, I feel waffling is still a viable option here. Green Bay might try to entice him to one more "hail mary" kind of seasons. Either way, thanks Brett for some great memories! I certianly have my criticisms of Favre as a player and person at times. But in the end, when I remember Favre, I think about the way he played the game. The passion and joy he brought to this game was unmatched, and that is what I will always remember about Brett Favre. Keep up the good work here.
