Cadillac Hybrid for Manning
The biggest surprise to come out of the superbowl, this year’s Superbowl MVP, Eli Manning – let me say that again for those of you who couldn’t accept it the first time … ELI Manning – stayed as quick off the field as he was on the turf Sunday night.
When given his choice of Cadillac for winning the coveted title of “Most Value Player” his choice was clear … he’d wait for a hybrid. Saying he wants the first one off the lot, we can’t be sure if he’s going with what he would really like to drive, or what he thinks will be the most successful once put up for auction. Either way, it’s an excellent promotion for the brand’s hybrid plans.
Available in 2WD or 4WD, and offering 45% greater fuel economy than its gas-only counterpart, the 2009 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid will be available for sale in the summer of 2008.
