I keep a 5-subject spiral ring notebook beside my computer and everything I think of goes in there along with links of interest I find, websites, etc. I call mine "My Great Big Book of Everything" and would be totally lost without it. I even start writing, yes handwriting, blog posts and articles there. It's a great "idea catcher!" I'm glad to know I'm not alone in this endeavor! I carry a small notebook in my purse for when I get ideas and I'm out and about. When I get an idea and I'm already at my computer, however, I just start a blog post with maybe a tentative title and a sentence on what my idea was about. Helps keep the writer's block away.
