It’s a treat to watch Order of Ecclesia in motion. Every time I think the DS has been pushed to its graphical limit, someone surprises me. See, these are the kinds of surprises my life needs more of. Taking a big swig of milk and then discovering that it’s turned isn’t a cool surprise, but it’s the kind of thing that keeps happening to me.
This bit of video footage shows off some of the bosses in Order of Ecclesia as well as some of the characters. Shanoa can expect to make friends and/or enemies with wise old men, red-eyed vampires and Win Butler from The Arcade Fire.
This might be the game that gets me to buy a DS.
I would’ve bought it for Contra 4, but I felt that it was a test of my friendship with Tomm (I’m totally friends with that guy, by the way. He said I could name drop him) to see if he would either buy me a DS TO play his game or just develop it on something other than a DS which he KNOWS I didn’t have.
He did neither, which I think means we’re broken up or seeing other friends or something. I don’t know how this works.
Tomm said he’d come after me in the night with a pointy reckoning if I name dropped him. :(
It’s too bad he couldn’t meet your simple demands. Some people just don’t know how to hang on to a friendship.
