Susan Gunelius, one of my peer bloggers here at b5media.com, has released her new book, Harry Potter – The Story of a Global Busines Phenomenon (currently available in U.K. bookstores). Susan has been working on her new book release for quite some time, and the wait will prove to be very worthwhile for her.

“A comprehensive look at the marketing around the Harry Potter franchise – and what steps J.K. Rowling and her team of publishers and marketers took to make Harry Potter into a worldwide phenomenon.” John Laughbaum, Vice President, Channel Marketing and Sales Development, Aflac Incorporated

Please help support our fellow biz-chicker by visiting her website or purchasing the book online through her publisher Palgrave-McMillan.

A BIG congratulations to Susan for all of her hard work and focus!

  1. Congratulations Susan. Consider this stumbled… This is indeed something to celebrate.

    Thanks for highlighting it, Kristen.

  2. Congratulations, Susan. Your book should make very interesting and informative reading. I’ve always thought there must be great promotion and marketing behind the book to get it started in the first place and then keep the momentum going because it seems to go against many of the rules of good writing advocated at writers’ workshops and in editors’ guidelines.
