Congratulations, Susan. Your book should make very interesting and informative reading. I’ve always thought there must be great promotion and marketing behind the book to get it started in the first place and then keep the momentum going because it seems to go against many of the rules of good writing advocated at writers’ workshops and in editors’ guidelines.
