CellFactor:Combat Training

Personally, they just need to drop the subtitle. But anyways I came across this game in a round-a-bout kind of way. Was discussing computer stuff during a work lunch and the Ageia PhysX (site currently down) card came up. So naturally I researched it and came across their technology demo, which apparently was a deathmatch Cell Factor game. While people aren’t horribly impressed with the PhysX stuff (as far as gameplay additions) it it still a very cool idea and while it may not be worth a $300 dollar card, it certainly did some nifty stuff in the gameplay trailer.

There’s not a lot of info on the game itself. Seems to be mostly a showcase for the PhysX card, but needless to say what they show off in the trailer promises for some really cool gameplay. Hopefully the game will grow into something decent and not just a lame technology proof of concept.
