Chad Johnson – not to beat a dead horse, he beats a live horse

NFL Football at its best. NFL Football at its craziest.
Man beats horse
Chad Johnson is great. He told me so.
Now Chad is even greater. He also told me that.
Squibster thinks Chad is fantastic, because Chad told me so.
Ok, your intrepid author is a little bit gullible, but the man did beat a horse. Yeah, he beat a live horse in a race.
Don’t go off on me, Chad was given a head start. Horses are naturally much faster than humans. Your gallivanting author knows that. Chad has a 100 meter head start or about half the race.
Still, Chad Johnson did finally win something! Chad won a horse race.
Chad was the ever humble superstar when it was all over. Oh, we know he is a superstar, because he told us, remember?
“Floyd Mayweather, you’re next,” Johnson said. “I want to fight you. I’d like to take Kobe and LeBron one-on-one. Jeff Gordon, we can take a couple laps. … Now it’s my time to take over the race world.” source
There was a huge fan base there to root on the horse and maybe Chad.
The estimated crowd of 8,000 at River Downs roared approval for Johnson, the Bengals wide receiver who said his runaway win would jump-start a side career in doing sporting stunts for charity. source
Notice the horse is named Restore the Roar. That was the Detroit Lions slogan one year to become a good team again. (Again being 1957).
Not to beat a dead horse, but Chad Johnson has beat a live horse and now he reminds us that he is great. Hey, he told me so.
NFL Football Fan Question How great to you know Chad to be?
