Chad Johnson, Trying So Very Hard to Distract You From His Teammates

Chad Johnson is going to race a horse. And not in the way that Michael Vick “fights” dogs. Chad Johnson is actually going to race against a horse. The event, is creatively billed as “Man vs. Beast.” (Man vs. Beast, c’mon. Chad Johnson is involved, show a little imagination.) The money raised by the event will go to the most generic charity since the People Fund, Feed The Children. Chad Johnson’s involvement makes the liklihood of entertainment very high, but it still probably won’t surpass the first Bengal’s Man vs. Beast event.

Johnson won’t be the first Bengal to race a horse in this fashion at River Downs. In July 1993, Cris Collinsworth attempted the feat and came up a nose short at the wire. In the saddle that afternoon was Patricia “P.J.” Cooksey, who announced she would come out of retirement for the race with Johnson.

I mean, what could possibly be funnier than Cris Collinsworth racing a horse.
