Chew Gum, Reap The Benefits!

We all know chewing gum after a meal helps get the little chunks of food out of our teeth but it also makes your mouth produce saliva which in turn reduces acids and helps prevent tooth decay. Another benefit is that the chewing motion loosens ear wax that gets built up along the walls of the ear canal.
