Chicago Bear Blogs About Farting Fine

Give a Chicago Bear some blogging space (in say, the Chicago Tribune) and you will hear all about practice, the upcoming game, fines, and passing gas. Or should I say a fine about passing gas. Turns out the Bears fine their boys when they let one go – to the tune of $20. Anthony Adams writes:

In the film room, we make up lists for fines. Like (passing gas) is a $20 fine. If you fall asleep, that’s like $20. If you jump offside in practice and we see it on the practice film, that’s $20 and $100 for in the game.

If you fall asleep? Yikes. What if you fall asleep and pass gas at the same time? Would that be $40 or still just $20?

I have to say it’s pretty hilarious to see these posts. I’m not sure it endears you to your favorite team at all, but the posts are definitely genuine and entertaining.
