This "unconscionable" term in franchise agreements that permits franchisors to demand royalties for the entire term of the contract when the franchiSEE is operating without profits or in the RED and about to fail should be EXPOSED to the public. Good that Children’s Orchard has found the “Unhappy Franchisee” Site on the Internet and will use their free speech rights to WARN and to try to engage in a little collective bargaining with their franchisor in the view of the public.
