Shanda, the largest online game company in China, uses money and royalties to attract top talents in China to develop Dead or Alive Online game for the PC. The DOA Online recruitment aims to find elite artists, engineers, programmers and designers to fly to Japan and develop the game together with TECMO Levio Studio. Annual income as high as a million yuan ($131 000) and royalties amounting to millions of yuan are awarded to successful candidates.
