China Town Wars Coming to iPhone

Grand Theft Auto: China Town Wars is coming to the iPhone.

Excited?

It first came out for the DS and it will be out for the PSP in late October. Now, it’s been announced that China Town Wars will be coming to the iPhone and iPod Touch this fall.

That’s exciting, right?

Now, you don’t have to wait until you get home to slap some hoes and steal some cars.

CNET points out an interesting contradiction in Apple’s App store policies since in the past, Apps have been rejected due to curse words and other “lewd” content. However, Krapps reported on a disturbing App that verges on kiddie porn.

The whole point is that China Town Wars isn’t exactly tame but it’s been approved and that makes me wonder who exactly is doing the approving. I’m not saying that China Town shouldn’t have been approved but I am saying that Apple needs to figure out the rules and stick to them.

Anyway, look for Grand Theft Auto: China Town Wars on the iPhone and iPod Touch after it hits the PSP.
