ClickBank Gives Excellent Customer Service

winner.jpgLast week I complained about the poor customer service I got from my phone and internet provide.

Today, I want to tell you about a company that has given me excellent service, and this one even has something to do with freelance writing. The company is ClickBank (and yes, that’s an affiliate link). ClickBank provides a convenient way to sell your digital products like ebooks. You sign up for an account, pay a small, one time fee, and as long as you maintain the links, people can buy your ebook forever. You earn a commission on each one. It’s up to you to promote, but ClickBank makes it easy.

A couple of months ago I got a letter from ClickBank explaining that they had issued and sent a commission or royalty check to me several months before, but according to their records, I hadn’t cashed it. I double checked my records and sure enough could find no deposit in that amount. I don’t know if I lost the check or it went missing in the mail – either seems possible. What tickled me, though, is all I had to do was let them know and they would reissue the check. I did and they did. It took maybe 60 days for the new check to show up, but in it came.

That’s customer service!

    This is the first story like this that I’ve heard, but I also find ClickBank reliable. I never hesitate to buy from their site and I’m happy to have my own ebook on their site. They take care of both me and my affiliates.

    This story just adds to my confidence in the company.
