I know many small business owners, in fact in my other life I do online training sessions to help them get to grips with social media. But many small business owners just find it all overwhelming and I understand that….

So I was interested to see a new networking tool which could simplify your online presence. It is like a one stop shop for entrepreneurs called CloudProfile.

It is a site which helps engage customers by – taken from the Cloudprofile website

  • Publish rich content easily
  • Social syndication to Facebook and Twitter
  • E-mail and mobile publishing

Be Found

  • Profile optimized for search & social discovery
  • Get listed with dozens of Local, Mobile, GPS, Mapping and 411 services

Engage with Customers

  • Integrated click-to-call and text messaging
  • Social Radar
  • Communication Widgets To-Go
  • Customer Engagement Stream

Track Your Progress

  • Built-In Reports & Connect to Google Analytics

Sell Online

  • Products and Services Gallery
  • PayPal and Amazon Checkout – Coming Soon
  • Appointment Booking and Scheduling – Coming Soon
  • Connect to an Amazon aStore

This service is free for 30 days but then a charge of $49.95. I like the fact that the site brings a simplicity to the world of social media, but do you know for me half of the excitement was working it all out! I know I am sad :(

However if you are a small business, and looking for options on how to get online it may be worth a look.
