Coco’s Offering Free Ice Cream Cones

In an attempt to bring in more business and celebrate National Ice Cream Day, Coco’s Restaurants & Bakeries will offering free Peanuts ice cream cones on July 18th.

Said Kazumasa Ogawa, the president of Coco’s: “Our Free Ice Cream Cone Day is a way to give back to our community by giving our customers a budget-saving treat on a hot summer day. While our guests commemorate the American classic dessert, they can also celebrate the classic American brand, Peanuts – and the characters we have all come to love – Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy and Sally.”

The free Peanuts ice cream cones will be available at Coco’s located in the states of Colorado, Nevada, Arizona and California. Peanuts and Coco’s have formed a marketing partnership that runs until December of 2009.

Coco’s is a chain of restaurants that were founded in 1948 in the state of California. With now more than 100 restaurants around the country, Coco’s has a number of favorites including soups, salads, cookies, cakes, pies and ice cream.
