Ever reach in to a cooler at night while you’re camping and grab the wrong beer, or worse….A SODA? How many times have you had to grab a flashlight to get a beer or to check to see how your supply looks? I know I’ve done it quite a few times. Wouldn’t it be easier if coolers came with a light like your refrigerator? Coghlan has the answer to that.
Introducing the Coghlan Cooler Light.
From Coghlans Media Website: “While celebrating a late night baseball victory and not being able to distinguish the beverages in their cooler, Canadian native Linda Pond and her daughter Rhonda Puckett decided they were done being left in the dark. The pitcher-catcher duo determined their cooler, like their refrigerator at home, needed a light source. After employing some local engineers, Linda took their Cooler Light prototype to the outdoor accessories experts at Coghlan’s Ltd.
Unlike the typical refrigerator, the Cooler Light will shut off automatically after 20 seconds regardless if the lid is shut completely. As a result of their teamwork, the Cooler Light is available to the sporting markets across the globe”
That was definitely a cool (no pun intended) idea. You can pick up the cooler light for $8.99 at most Outdoors and camping retailers. Here is another image of the Coghlan Cooler light at work.
