Frickin Electrical Oompa Loompa

I used to love those magazine and television pieces called “Whatever Happened To…”, where they picked a random celebrity, such as Kirk Cameron, and dug around to find out what the former spotlighters are up to now that their careers were a dimly lit memory.

CollegeHumor.com has done some digging of their own, and come up with frightening facts about the whereabouts and current occupations of some of our favourite video game stars: the Street Fighter contestants. Watch as Zangief is humiliated in a janitorial role, as Vega scolds his latino mami for putting his non-stainless steel claws in the dishwater, and as Blanka revels in his new position as a unionized electrician.

All three episodes are worth a watch, but I find the third and most recent one to be the most entertaining, so I’ve posted it below. Be sure to check out Part I and Part II of Street Fighter: The Later Years as well.
