Comcast TiVo: Not a TiVo in Many Ways

While many Comcast subscribers are happy to have an integrated TiVo box into their existing cable set-top box, some early adopters are finding that it may not be the blessing in disguise that many have come to hope for. It may in fact be just a TiVo theme on their existing Motorola DVR OS. There is no TiVoToGo, media sharing, eSATA support, or Amazon Unbox or Rhapsody service. Also not included is your favorite TiVo hacks. So basically what you are paying for is the TiVo interface, which is actually quite sad, because the service is an extra $6/month.
