Commander Owners Bid to Rescue Commander from Bankruptcy

A group of Commander owners have joined forces to create a company called Commander Premier Aircraft Corporation. They have entered a bid to purchase the remaining assets of Commander Aircraft company.

Commander is currently in chapter seven bankruptcy. AOPA’s “Countdown Commander” sweepstakes could bring increased awareness to this lesser-known brand.
