comScore expects Online Marketing to Focus on Online Videos

comScore has reported that 34 percent more of consumers watch online videos in 2008 than they did in 2007. With this report they have suggested that online marketing should focus more on online videos.

98 percent of users opted for YouTube among any other video sites. Fox interactive media on the other hand came in second with around 439million videos watched on the site. Hulu who has been voted as the best site of the year by various organizations has been listed as one of the top six video sites watched in 2008.

    Seriously, YouTube has no rivals for ease of use. I don’t see them falling from the No. 1 spot any time soon.
