		<description>Bren, back in my past worklife I worked for professional societies who put on conferences like these. Most of them had issues with attendees bailing out mid-afternoon and the last day. I once made a tongue-in-cheek comment in a meeting that we ought to consider hosting the conferences at less desirable locations and stop doing them at resorts and beaches and other neat places. Truthfully, I wasn&#039;t thinking about the attendees, I was thinking of me. It sucked that I had to be in meetings from dawn to dusk while within sight was pristine beaches, whitewater, or trails. And looking at your pictures, I&#039;m sure the temptation to hit the waves was strong.
