I am sending the winner an original artwork, which may double as a mousepad (in a pinch). I’ve given these to friends, who have ALL framed them and said, “Mary, these are amazing! We love them!” Your anonymity is guaranteed, unless you want your name and link published along with the story.
[Shameless Disclaimer: because I'm just one person, and have little money to spend on this, I may dissolve the contest at any time. Also, I can't substitute prizes, because I'm making them myself and my time is limited, etc. etc. Also, I'd rather spend money on causes like AmeriCares or my local Humane Society and that means you don't get an expensive gift. Well, I wish I had contacts like Robert Scoble; he's doing a contest in the next few weeks with prizes arranged by Seagate. The contest is currently closed because I do not have sponsors and I want to redo the contest with better rules and better prizes.) I am contacting all who entered to say thank you and ask them for feedback on what prizes they would like to see in future contests. Colleen, the winner, receives a good prize! Contest is closed:
By entering the contest, you agree to not hold me responsible for anything, including if you don't like what I send you, or I spell your name wrong or your dog eats your prize when you get it, keels over and needs surgery, or your baby eats it or whatever. It is not edible and I won't be held responsible for whatever the heck you do with it.

So, who have submitted theirs? Will there be a list to read?

    Dear WishBoNe:
Colleen was the winner of the contest and she is announced. I am reading My Life with IT ! I am closing the contest because I need to retool it and come up with better prizes, a sponsor and a better entry form… thank you. The list is important so people know who won ! your idea is taken to heart.
