Over at my women’s health blog, Lively Women, I just announced a fun and VERY easy contest. The prize is a $50 gift card to Target, and all you have to do is leave a comment on the announcement post with 5 things you could do to improve your health this year.

Now, how is this related to women and business? Well, if you want to be successful in your career, whether you’re self-employed, a business owner, or working for someone else, you have to be healthy. That means getting enough sleep, eating right, exercising regularly, taking steps to avoid getting sick, and visiting the doctor when you’re ill. It also means taking sick days when you need them.
