CPM Ad Networks – Best CPM Networks

A couple of days ago, we took a look at the most popular CPC networks. Today, we’ll take a look at the best CPM ad networks.

Whereas CPC ad networks pay for each click, CPM ad networks pay per impression. “CPM” stands for cost-per-mille and a dollar amount given to CPM means how much money is paid per one thousand impression. For example, if you receive $5 CPM, that means you will get $5 for 1,000 impressions — $.005 per impression.

About a decade ago, CPM was the most popular type of advertising model. While nowadays CPC is now the most popular, CPM still has a place in the industry.

Here are our top five best CPM ad networks based on publisher reviews:

1) Tribal Fusion
Tribal Fusion has been around forever and they continually receive positive reviews by both publishers and advertisers.

2) Value Click
Another company with a lot of experience in the industry, Value Click offers a lot of professional options.

3) Technorati Media
A relatively new outfit, Technorati Media is a very good option for bloggers interested in getting paid via a CPM model.

4) ADSDAQ
Under the ContextWeb umbrella, ADSDAQ is a very solid option for those looking to make money off of their traffic.

5) Burst Media
Although opinions on Burst Media vary greatly, there are more positive than negative reviews.

Thanks for sharing this information with others about how publishers can monetize their content. I wanted to mention that this is a discussion about Ad Networks but ADSDAQ Exchange (http://www.adsdaq.com) is an actual exchange where the buyer and seller name their price. This means there is no revenue sharing like many other ad networks. And a real benefit is that the ADSDAQ Exchange allows the publisher to use back-up tags so that when your premium pricing is not met on the exchange, it will display your other ad networks so that you’re not missing out on any revenue opportunities.
