It seems Florida’s Okaloosa Sheriff’s Department has identified Robert Dale Nabors, CEO of Cuppy’s Coffee, Medina Management & related entities, as a fugitive from justice and awaits his return to face felony charges for passing worthless checks.

Mr. Nabors was arrested March 31, 2009, then freed on bail in Colbert County, Alabama.

    Coffee CEO facing felony charges?!

    On what grounds?

    Sorry. :)

  2. Carol Cross says:

Apparently, Dale Nabors, as the CEO, wrote paychecks for his employees that bounced and he fled the State, or something like that.

It has nothing to do, apparently, with the franchise contracts or the possible diversion of SBA guaranteed loan money from their intended purpose?

Generally, franchisors who are in trouble and who can’t pay their bills just declare bankruptcy. See all of the comments on Unhappy Franchisee concerning this matter and the arraignment that is scheduled for later this month.

Ugh! I can’t believe I missed working that one in.

Maybe I’ll steal it… if there’s grounds for appeal, that is.

Wow, I am finding this WAYYYY too funny, I can’t stop laughing. I was their Art Director right up until before the move, when I was “let go” for made-up crap, just like the other 5-10 employees a week that they found various bullsh*t reasons to let go, after Dale took over. I say good riddance. That man was a pint-size balding, lying cheat of a f*ckstick and I hope he gets gangraped in prison.

Now if they could just get ahold of Morg, Brian and Frankie, Dale could have some cellmates.

And for the record, I had no idea the bullsh*t you ‘zees went through with them, and I’m sorry you all had to go through it all. All I did was make the pretty pictures, folks.
