Curse you, Opera!!!

I had this long post and then freakin’ Opera crashed. It is PURE evil and I will DESTROY it.

But it does have the lovely tabs that I love so much in my web browsers. *pets it*

That’ll teach me to start writing my entries in Word. It just doesn’t have the same feel, though.

Anyways… I had the post whining about the fact that only 3 people (including me twice… just to see if people would vote if other people did. I was wrong.) Only one faithful subject, Gnome, seemed to have any desire to fill out my poll. Gnome, you rule.

I then went on to talk about a new game coming out for the Nintendo DS called Hotel Dusk: Room 215. The game looks really cool, but there is one downfall. It seems to be all in Japanese. Now, I didn’t take any Japanese in college, but in my younger years, I did live in Hong Kong and learned the ancient ways of the Samurai. I can now slice and dice my way through anything with a samurai sword. Alright… that’s a lie. I haven’t ever been outside the United States, except to Guam… which is actually a part of the United States… kinda like Puerto Rico. Except without all the Puerto Ricans…

Despite the fact that it’s currently in Japanese, it still looks pretty cool. The art style is definitely not one I’ve seen before. All the backgrounds and characters are hand drawn, to give it that rough feeling that a lot of people seem to want in their mystery/detective games. Another cool feature about the game is that when you’re playing it on your Nintendo DS, you hold it up sideways, like when you’re reading a book. So, it’s definitely different and different tends to be cool.

So, check it out. The website has some trailers and stuff to look at, which is always good… especially when you’re bored. Like me.

There’s no information on when it’ll be out, but the website says to keep checking back to see when it’ll be out. So, make sure you check daily, like a crazy, game addicted samurai.
