Custom Microsoft Word Keyboard Shortcut

Want to cuztomize your MS Word Keyboard shortcuts ? A few steps help you with that, just follow the instructions below and you’re ready to go:

  1. Open your MS Word.
  2. Go to Tools > Customize
  3. Click on the “Keyboard” located at the bottom.

  4. A list of category is shown.
  5. To customize, select a command on the right side and type your desired command (shortcut keys) at the “Press new shortcut key” with a minimum of one key if you use one of the top F Keys. Otherwise you must use the Alt, Shift or Ctrl keys in combination with some other key.
  6. Click “Assign” when you already have the desired command.
