Way to go Dara Torres! I AM 51, and just completed another punishing workout. When I come home if I am not soaking wet, it was not good enough. I am diabetic, and I keep it at bay by doing punishing workouts (allows me to eat whatever I want also). Whereas others, have to switch medications, go to insulin, and are hugely fat. Huge, with glaucoma coming on, blindness, and they wonder what is wrong. Some are so fat, they have said goodbye to their feet, and have to have the doctor cut their toenails! Not here! To do an easy workout, I play and beat my sons at 2 on 1 in basketball. But now, if you can do this, I am going to work on getting back to dunking. I am very proud of the example you set. Just like Jack Lalane, Chuck Norris, Christy Brinkley, and others who know how to stay in shape and work to keep it that way. Calvin Murphy was another one. Way to go Dana, and I hope you win medals!!!!!!
