Some critical data are still with me in an external drive luckily. 

Those information that I&#039;ve lost can be bought back anytime, it&#039;s just a tad shame that I lost them through complacency.</description>

Anyway try tp recover your files using some good program.
Since I have my macintosh I always make backups with time machine, it´s very easy and if I don´t remember to make this backup then it is advising me after 1 week to do it.
Always make backups Benson, you never know when your information will be lost.
