ESPN is reporting that the Lions have signed Daunte Culpepper to a two year deal.
Less than two weeks after announcing that he’s coming out of retirement, quarterback Daunte Culpepper has a new home.
Culpepper agreed Saturday to a two-year deal with the Detroit Lions. Terms of the deal, scheduled to be signed on Monday, are unknown.

Hey, didn’t he just retire? Oh, that’s right, quarterbacks can retire and still play, just ask Brett Favre.
Yes, it is true, Daunte did retire.

Now that we have that out of the way, was Daunte ever really good or is it just talk?
He did manage to have one of the all time great years.
