Memphis essentailly said that there is a level of proof that is required to make certain charges about a person.  Given that Memphis has good lawyers, I&#039;m sure that Memphis was not willing to cross that line.

But is the NCAA willing to cross the line.

The NCAA should be careful.  Memphis has made it very clear that details will be given to the public.

AND if they are incorrect (NCAA), Rose has $90M to sue the NCAA.</description>
