Design A Summer Workout Program

With school over, its time to hit the gym hard with a new summer workout program. The goal is everything. Fat loss, build strength, increase explosiveness. I also want to log 2 hours+ at least 6 days a week. Longer workouts will accelerate the goals so I want to log more time while I have the chance to go major hours.

One add-on to the end of my workouts will be additional conditioning in the forms of stair stepper, rotex, and exercise bike. This will not only build endurance, but it will also help burn extra fat at the tail end of my workout.

Another change to the summer workout will be increased weight training in the form of more exercises per muscle group. I will also design my workout plan with an emphasis on better isolating muscle groups.

Another goal I will integrate into a new plan will be increasing frequency of more dynamic exercises that combine cardio, strength, and range of motion. This will increase coordination, agility, and flexibility as well as building strength and stamina.

What is your summer workout program looking like? The sun is out it’s time to shine. Get in that workout room.
